Semilla Snack Bags is proud to offer high quality products. If you do end up returning an item, please note that all returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives damaged. 

All inquiries regarding returns or refunds should be sent via e-mail to snacks@semillasnackbags.com Please reference your name, contact information and order number. We will then send instructions on how to return your products. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has arrived at our facilities. Upon receipt of your package, we will process your credit or refund. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless an item arrived defective or damaged.
