Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives damaged. We will then send instructions on how to return your products. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has arrived at our facilities. Upon receipt of your package, we will process your credit or refund. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. The shipping cost is a flat rate fee of $4.95 per shipment and is delivered via USPS. We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, most Items ship within 48 hours of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
